Position: Tech & Non-Tech Voice Process

Location: Hyderabad & Bangalore 

Salary: 4 Lakhs PA (Approximately)


Eligibility: 

Must have excellent written, verbal, listening, analytical and logical skills.

Easily grasp and communicate complex ideas.

Excellent problem solving skills & knowledge of MS Office 2016 including Outlook, Exchange Servers, Office 365

Good knowledge of computer Hardware and Software troubleshooting.

Good knowledge of Operating Systems like Window 7, 8,8.1 and 10 & Mac

Good knowledge of Network and Internet troubleshooting

Knowledge of PDA (mobile devices) Setup & troubleshooting

Knowledge of Active Directories and insights. 



What you will do ?

  • Your role involves providing timely resolution for all types of interactions with end-users, such as phone calls, emails, self-service tickets, chats, and voicemail.

  • You analyze and resolve incidents and service requests related to application software or hardware use.

  • It's important to document all incidents and support requests in the CRM tool, ensuring tickets are closed or escalated appropriately. Stay updated on ongoing issues, outages, and environment changes communicated via email and other channels.

  • Meet key performance indicators like Customer Satisfaction Survey scores, Contact Quality, First Call Resolution, and Schedule Adherence, and participate in coaching sessions.

  • Build strong customer relationships with a professional attitude, be self-motivated, and provide excellent customer service.

  • Be a quick learner, team player, and flexible to work 24x7 shifts. Avoid unplanned time off as it may lead to disciplinary actions. Adhere to the Code of Ethics, Vision, Mission, and Core Values.

Preferred Qualification:

Basic graduation is a preferred qualification and having 1+ years experience is an added advantage
