Job Description: As a Payroll Specialist at Teradata, you will be responsible for maintaining payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data. Your duties will include complex calculations of department specialization payments, car allowances, wage garnishments, retro and overtime. You will also update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, job titles, and department/division transfers. Additional responsibilities include handling workflow to ensure all payroll operations are accurately and promptly processed, preparing reports on earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages, preparing year-to-date documents for reconciliation and audit purposes, maintaining payroll MIS, monitoring tickets and emails, responding within SLAs, supporting documentation for audit requirements for SOX compliance, providing backup support for team members, contributing to special and ad-hoc projects as directed by management, and respecting and maintaining privacy parameters of operations, professional protocols, and personal confidentiality. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in accounting and finance.

• Experience in Europe payroll processing in a large multinational company environment.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP, Peoplesoft, Fusion, ADP developed software (workforce, HCM, Payforce, etc.).

• Working knowledge of applicable government regulations, with a leading-edge understanding and familiarity with MS Office package, especially Excel.

• Experience with business processes and leading practices relating to payroll.

• Strong project management, detail-oriented, organizational, and time management skills.

• You will work closely with internal teams that support payroll and report to the EMEA Payroll Manager.

Salary: 4.5 LPA (Approx)

• Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Fluency in spoken and written English language.

• Good computer Knowledge and best analysis on any situation.
