What will you do?

• You will be part of our Customer Support team, assisting in managing and resolving customer queries, addressing escalations, and handling complaints from dissatisfied customers to provide optimal solutions.

• Your role will also involve ensuring timely closure of faults and complaints within service level agreements (SLAs).

• We seek candidates with excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of customer support metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• This position involves resolving routine issues mainly by referring to established precedents and general guidelines.

• Your primary communication will be with your team members and direct supervisor.

• Detailed instructions will be provided for all tasks in this role.

• Decisions you make primarily affect your own work and are closely overseen.

• As part of a team, you will contribute individually within a specific and limited scope of work.

• Please be aware that this position may require working in rotational shifts.
