AMAZON Company has openings for "Virtual Customer Support Associate" positions for Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. This is one of the most interesting job, as you will be working on resolving various issues for customers.







You will be working with customers to ensure smooth operations and provide excellent service, you will be the initial contact point for our customers, addressing their inquiries via phone, chat, or email. This involves handling a wide range of questions, from orders and products to payments and website assistance. Our Customer Service Associates utilize various tools to investigate, analyze, and provide solutions, all while maintaining clear and effective communication with customers. Responsibilities:

  • Minimum age requirement is 18 years old.
  • Must have the legal right to work in India.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral, are necessary.
  • Experience working with a computer is required.
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday between 6 am and 11 pm.
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts, including early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as needed.
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair is essential.
  • Technical requirements include a minimum broadband connection speed of 20MB download and 8MB upload, using a hard-wired ethernet internet connection (no WiFi).

Location: Vizag (Ap) & Warangal (Telangana).

Basic Qualifications: Inter/Diploma or Bachelor's degree

Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

Preferred Qualifications: Fluent in spoken, written, and reading English


Salary: 3.8LPA (Approx)

  • Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Fluency in spoken and written English language.

  • Good computer Knowledge and best analysis on any situation.
