Role: Trainee - Talent Acquisition

Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will support the recruitment team by:

• Assisting with the processing of new job requisitions received from the business.
• Coordinating with candidates to organize and schedule interviews.
• Assessing candidates' skills and aligning them with key responsibilities.
• Managing and updating the candidate database while generating periodic reports.
• Collaborating with the team to improve recruitment processes and enhance the overall candidate experience.

Eligibility Checklist

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Prior internship experience in recruitment is a bonus.
