Position: Transportation Representative (L2 Associates) 

Location: Remote 

Salary: 4 Lakhs PA + Other company benefits


Eligibility: 

Graduation in any specialization from a recognized university.

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers.

Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.

Strong comprehension skills to clearly grasp and address customer concerns.

Outstanding typing proficiency.

Proficient knowledge of email applications.

Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Internet Explorer.


What you will do ?

  • Consistently communicate in a clear and professional manner.
  • Deliver prompt and efficient service to Amazon customers and delivery partners.
  • Manage sensitive cases effectively by following the escalation matrix.
  • Exhibit strong time-management skills.
  • Achieve or surpass targeted performance metrics.
  • Proactively seek solutions through logical reasoning and identify trends to propose process enhancements.
