Role: Technical Support Associate

Location: Work from home

Base Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 0-4 Years

Salary: 3,00,000/- to 6,00,000/- Per Annum

Qualifications: 10+2/Diploma/Graduation

Responsibilities: 

Desirable to have good \knowledge of Ticketing Tool, Prior experience in US calling and in a semi tech or technical process

Must have basic understanding and troubleshooting of internet network connectivity, LAN, Bluetooth, hotspots, Wi-Fi vs Ethernet, Range limitations etc.

Must have a basic understanding of Point of Sale Machines, Kiosk, Vending Machines & Retail Environment.

Basic understanding of Microsoft Applications i.e. O365.

Must have basic understanding and knowledge of Desktops/Laptops computer hardware & software troubleshooting.

Good knowledge of POS Machines.
