Position: Tele Associate (Freelancing) 


Timings:

Monday to Saturday.

10 AM to 7 PM(3-4 hrs/day)


Must have a good working environment at home with dedicated private area to work and Table/Chair

Must have laptop, smartphone (Android), Good internet connectivity.


Duties: 

Pre-Call Study the case & should determine the current eligibility of the assigned sellers through available resources/online.

Obtains client information by connecting with them through telephone calls, Verify information.

On the basis of collected/verified information; update the clients profile to meet the desired profile score.

Educating clients about the benefits to his business; answering questions; Clearing doubts.

Must be able to disposing the cases with appropriate reason codes basis the conversation with the respective sellers.

Must be able to maintain & improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines

Keeping the clients informed about the recorded conversation before starting to collect any information from them.

Identifying real-time challenges related to Technology/Process and escalating it to the higher management to get them fixed.

Following up with the sellers based upon the request made by them over the calls.

Achieving the daily/Weekly/Monthly business targets.

Working for 3-4 hours a day and to achieve target number of Daily connect/content collection.

Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities etc..
