You'll be the first point of contact, assisting customers through phone, chat, or email. Your responsibilities will include addressing order and product inquiries, payment concerns, and helping customers navigate the website. You will use various tools to research, resolve issues, and communicate effectively with customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Legally eligible to work in India
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
• Proficient in computer usage
• Availability to work flexible shifts from Monday to Sunday between 6 am and 11 pm
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (early, late, overnight, weekends, and overtime)
• Quiet, dedicated workspace with a desk and chair
• Minimum broadband speed of 100MB download and 20MB upload, using a wired ethernet connection (WiFi not acceptable).

To do well in this job, you should be hard-working, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly. Being friendly and focused on customer satisfaction is important, as you’ll be helping people with a wide range of concerns.
