Roles and Responsibilities:

• Initiate phone calls to insurance companies to inquire about the status of claims for outstanding balances on patient accounts and take appropriate actions.

• Manage accounts receivable by ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
• Possess effective communication skills with a neutral accent.

• Maintain flexibility and a positive attitude towards work.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Comfortable working night shifts.
• Able to work from the office.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Graduates who are fresher.

Perks and Benefits:

• Night shift allowance (100 per working day).
• Fixed weekends off (Saturday and Sunday).
• Two-way cab facility (within a 25 km radius).
• Must be okay with a service level agreement of 18 months.
