Role: Product Support Analyst 

Work form home: Yes (Temporary)

Salary: 2,75,000/-PA to 4,75,000/- PA

Responsibilities: 

You have to troubleshoot and resolve complex Ad Serving issues for high-end clients like Financial Times, eBay, The Guardian, CBS, etc.

Should provide e-mail and chat support for issues raised by publishers. Issues can be related to ad serving/ reporting/ ad delivery/ page implementation /creative development.

Work along with publishers on accounts to enable features & to resolve UI related issues.

Should be able to work independently & efficiently to meet defined SLA.

To consistently meet or exceed all agreed quality parameters as defined for the process.

Must deliver best outputs from the tasks assigned

Skills: 

Good knowledge of digital marketing 

Excellent English is written and verbal communication skills

Email & Chat support 

HTML/JAVA/CSS

Previous experience is preferable

Freshers with good knowledge on HTML, Javascript & CSS

Qualification : 

Any Graduate 

Freshers are eligible to apply 

Must have fluent English
