The Associate Recruiter will be a key contributor in fulfilling hiring demands to support the company’s expansion goals. This role involves identifying, strategizing, and implementing effective sourcing techniques for niche positions at L4+ levels. The ideal candidate will not only help meet short-term hiring objectives but also contribute to long-term workforce planning, ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Role: Associate Recruiter, Recruiting
Location: Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate candidates based on the required skills for the role.
Assist in implementing recruitment strategies to fulfill hiring needs while maintaining necessary documentation and data.
Oversee candidate management activities, including updating applicant records, sharing job descriptions, and ensuring accurate job postings across recruitment platforms and job boards.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to efficiently meet future hiring demands.
Plan, organize, and coordinate recruitment events, assessments, and interviews to support the hiring process.
Review candidate applications to determine if they align with the job requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in human resources or recruitment.
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in human resources or recruitment.
1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office products and applications.
