Role: Associate Back Office Analyst

What you will be doing ?

Control and co-ordinate: Helping artificial intelligence by selecting the right flow to continue the interaction or enter text where the system cannot comprehend what the customer is saying in the shortest amount of time. Responding at all the interactions received in the day effectively and efficiently. Handle computer systems.

Consistently Deliver: Achieve all agreed KPI’s.

Qualifications: 

High school degree 

Bachelor’s degree is an advantage

Experience working in a customer-centric environment is an advantage

Experience in order processing or Back office is an advantage

Work pro-actively to ensure potential issues are escalated properly

Intermediate - Advanced English level with excellent comprehension skills

High typing skills is necessary

Ability to withstand repetitive work

Able to work positively in a fast-paced, changing environment

Ability to multitask and have excellent organizational skills

Sees through the eyes of the customer

Articulate, bright and curious

Passionate about service
