As an Online Analyst - CM, you will be responsible for administering and managing client product support for customers contacting the support center via calls, chats, or emails. This includes providing customer support to international customers, promoting client products, ensuring efficient service delivery across teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance processes and increase productivity. You will also be involved in designing and developing web pages, creating marketing collaterals, and maintaining customer relationships. Your role involves proactive participation in knowledge sharing and organizational activities.

Shift: Day Shift


Eligibility: 

BE/BTECH/MCA or High School Graduate or Above.


Responsibilities: 

  • Administer and assist in managing client product support for customers contacting the support center via call, chat, or email.

  • Provide customer support to international customers over the phone for voice process, including both inbound and outbound calling.

  • Educate customers about client products, such as Analytics and YouTube.

  • Ensure efficient and timely service delivery across teams for multiple clients by working closely with functional leads to define overall strategies and processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to expand services and add new clients.

  • Create and manage risk and mitigation plans based on discussions with project stakeholders.

  • Serve all clients through account managers or, in some cases, directly through various applications.

  • Report to managers on performance status and any escalations.


Salary: 4.5 LPA (Approx)


Skills Required: 

  • Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Fluency in spoken and written English language.

  • Good computer Knowledge and best analysis on any situation.
