Our Customer Service Associates utilize various tools to investigate, analyze, and provide solutions, all while maintaining clear and effective communication with customers.

  4. Experience: Minimum 6 months in Calling/Customer Service
  5. Shift: Flexible, Rotational
  6. Working Days: 6 days a week
  7. Offs: Rotational, Candidate should be okay with Sunday not being a fixed off
  8. Other Requirements: Willing to travel independently, as needed

Location: WORK FROM HOME

Basic Qualifications: Diploma/Degree

Preferred Qualifications: Fluent in spoken, written, and reading English & Hindi


Salary: 10,000/- INR to 12,000/- INR PM


Skills Required: 

  • Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Fluency in spoken and written English language.

  • Good computer Knowledge and best analysis on any situation.
