Roles and Responsibilities:

• As a Technical Solution Analyst, your responsibilities entail investigating front-end applications.

• This involves gathering information, utilizing fix tools, observing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally.

• Backend techniques will be employed, such as capturing log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and cycling servers.

• Effective verbal and written communication with both clients and internal collaborators is essential.

• Documentation of notes, activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles is maintained throughout the investigation lifecycle.

• Work is prioritized based on severity, balancing client and business needs.

• Collaboration occurs among and across teams to ensure that issues are addressed by the appropriate individuals.

Basic Qualifications:

At least four years of relevant work experience and a bachelor's degree, which includes,

Academic credentials in computer engineering, computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 0 to 2 years of experience in application support, client/customer support, incident management, problem management, and change management.

• Proficiency in SQL.

• Availability to work during the shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with collaborators across different regions worldwide.

• Prospective employees should be prepared to work varying shifts and offer on-call support.
