Skills Required:

Need to be analytical, logical, and willing to learn new technologies.

Must have ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate time management skills.

Must have ability to collaborate with associates to achieve team goals.


Responsibilities: 

Must be able to perform SAP configuration and resolve client issues based on the ticketing system/CRM.

Must provide technical support for post-live issue resolution within Service Level Agreement timeframes and support investigation, solution identification, recommendation, configuration, unit testing and solution documentation.

Should prepare functional/technical specifications & manage change requests.

Must ensure that customer needs are addressed; work with GlobalView Product Manager on items that are not currently part of client’s current offering.

Able to assess Support Pack configuration, as requirements directed. 

Must be able to identify, co-ordinate & test SAP Note application as an advanced correction, as required.
