Responsibilities: 

Must be able to work with Tier 1 support personnel to resolve client issues in a timely manner and provide Tier-2 support to resolve technical issues related to all GlobalAdvantage suite of tools.

Must identify gaps and determine solutions to drive efficiency. 

Must utilize applications such as MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint to generate metrics & develop actionable recommendations

Must provide great support to engagement teams or management by collecting and analyzing data & reporting results based on the needs of end users/client teams.

Must be able to resolve complex tasks.

Skills Required: 

Good English Communication Skills

Good Excel knowledge

Power Point Presentation skills
