Eligibility: 

Any Graduate 

Having experience on HR Operations is preferable 


Responsibilities: 

Must ensure that efficient onboarding of new recruits is done within the timelines it comes to number and quality wise by ensuring completion of all the necessary pre-onboarding steps and formalities.


Must be responsible for timely and seamless completion of all post-joining formalities including staff account opening of the new joiners & making them infrastructure ready.


Should assist the new joiners on matters regarding Employee Benefits by providing proper resolution of queries & ensuring timely completion of the HR processes.


Must ensure the closure of the Background Verification (BGV) process within TAT including having interim BGV reports for lateral hires in place before scheduled DOJ & closing RED BGV cases.


Should be responsible for timely confirmation of probationers by ensuring updating joining kit & employee personnel data on the system within the given timelines


Must provide regular updates & MIS to internal stakeholders


Skills: 

Good Knowledge on MS Excel

Excellent communication Skills
