Must be able to Demonstrate conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation skills

Must be able to Demonstrate ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary

Must have the ability to determine customer needs & provide appropriate solutions

Should maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned 

Skills Required: 

Must have excellent typing skills

Should demonstrate understanding of the Internet, Amazon.com website, and competitor websites

Should demonstrates an ability to successfully navigate websites

Should demonstrates a proficient knowledge of email applications

Should demonstrates an ability to learn in various media

Must have the ability to successfully adapt to changes in the work environment
