Responsibilities: 

Must take ownership of integration architecture for projects to solve the customer’s business problem & generate maximum value for customers. 

Must have a good ability to prepare and deliver presentations for users.

Should conduct technical analysis & design sessions with clients and/or the project team to understand the functional and technical needs of the client and develops technical solutions to meet those needs. 

Should provide a variety of technical support to the project team. Including quality assurance/design review, environment setup, software installation, configuration, and operations consulting.

Troubleshooting, system testing, programming, etc.

Need to escalate the issues which are not resolved in the hands of L1 Team

Skills Required:

Good English communication skills

Good interpersonal skills

Must be able to create good rapport with the users
