WIPRO Company has openings for "Service Desk Analyst" positions. This is one of the most interesting job, as you will be working on resolving technical issues for various clients.

The role's purpose is to serve as the initial point of contact for B2B users calling Wipro Service Desk, troubleshooting end-user issues in accordance with Wipro's Service Desk objectives.

Role: Service Desk Analyst

Location: Hyderabad, India.

Working Mode: Hybrid Model

Type: Permanent

Eligibility: 

BE/BTECH/MCA or High School Graduate or Any Graduate.

Responsibilities: 

• Respond to inquiries from all communication channels (calls, portal, emails, chats) from the client.

• Familiarize yourself with each client and their respective applications/processes.

• Learn the basic operations of commonly used software, hardware, and other equipment.

• Adhere to standard service desk operating procedures by accurately logging all service desk tickets using the defined tracking software.

• Ensure that the scorecard is maintained according to the Statement of Work (SoW) with respect to Turnaround Time (TAT), Service Level Agreements (SLA), and hits.

• Manage all queries or escalate unresolved issues according to the defined helpdesk policies and framework.

Salary: 3.5 LPA (Approx)

Skills Required: 

• Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Fluency in spoken and written English language.

• Good computer Knowledge and best analysis on any situation.
