Role: Process Associate 

Location: Hyderabad

Work from home: Yes (Temporary)

Salary: 20,000/- to 25,000/- (Approx)

Eligibility: 

Graduate (B.Com) & Other Graduates can give a try 

Must have good communication skills

Responsibilities: 

Should be able to make collection calls to the customers, email/fax invoices, or get hard copies mailed out to customers as per their requests.

Identify and resolve unidentified cash & handle end-to-end process of Cash applications.

Must be able to work on process cash application functions to invoices at assigned sites ensuring the DRR (Daily Receipt Reconciliation) is completed in a timely, accurate & confidential way.

Must follow up on customer/internal disputes, and customer questions & work between departments to get a resolution.

Reconcile orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending them to the customer for collection or refund.

Skills Required:

Good English communication skills

Good interpersonal skills

Must be able to create good rapport with the users
