Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries and customers concern.
You need to demonstrate effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication.
Should maintain acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
Must actively seek solutions through logical reasoning
Should demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities and assist customers in case of any issues
You should provide excellent customer service to our customers
You should be responsible to exhibit a capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
You are responsible to showcase a proven work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger collaborative environment
Basic knowledge of how digital payments work required
Qualification :
Any Graduate from any discipline
Freshers are eligible to apply
Must have fluent English
Preferred Skills:
Previous customer service experience is preferable
Good analytical skills
Good communication skills
Good computer knowledge
Flexible to work in 24*7 shifts
