  • You are responsible to Perform data collection related to an Amazon device, application, or service.
  • Executing tasks assigned to you on a daily basis by adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & guidelines
  • Participating in the process improvement to increase the best quality, efficiency, & accuracy.
  • Coordinating with your team manager when your work is delayed or blocked due to some technical issues.
  • Reporting the issues with tools and software to the development team when you face.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality and following Amazon Policy and guidelines.

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelors degree
  • 0-2 Years of experience in any operations domain
  • Flexible to work in night shifts, holidays & weekends

  • Must be able to work from home environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Good knowledge on Operations domain 
Good communication skills 
Data processing knowledge etc..
