Role: Customer Support Executive - Chat

Responsibilities:

  • Handling Customers via chat and email
  • Resolving customer issue on priority as per policy and guidelines.
  • Checking with supervisors incase of any further clarifications.

Job Requirements: 

  • Candidates should have completed 12th/Diploma/Graduation from a recognized institution.
  • B.E/B.TECH Graduate can apply from any stream
  • Fresher, Experienced (Any domain) can apply. Any other non IT related experienced candidates can apply
  • Candidates who has completed Master Graduations should have minimum 1 year experience in BPO related sector.
  • Good communication skills in English is Mandatory
  • Should be flexible in working with rotational shifts.
