  • Answer Inbound and outbound call, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Responding to the inquiries about payment processing
  • Delivering best outputs with very good accuracy
  • Preparing reports by the end of the day and submitting to the supervisors
  • Collaborating with team and delivering best outputs.
  • Report to managers on performance status and any escalations.
  • Performing general account maintainence.
