Eligibility:

• Minimum 6 Months or more experience in call center environment is recommended.
• Technical Background (Education in information electronics, Mechanics and or SW Skills
• Good technical knowledge in Hardware equipment related issues and SW environment
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
• Native speaker quality in local language/primary language
• English language skills are additionally implied
• Knowledge of using Microsoft Office package
• Willingness to work in shift models based on the customer requirements.

Job Description:

- In this role you are responsible to guide customers as per solution trees and knowledge base to solve incidents and service requests.

- Password resets, SW Configuration etc..

- Delivering best outputs

- Answering inbound calls and resolving technical issues with high level customer satisfaction.

- Need to be a good team player

- Collaborating with team and delivering best outputs.

- Report to managers on performance status and any escalations.

Experience: Minimum 6 months or more experience.
