Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Associate at NxtWave, your primary role is to act as a mentor and guide for potential learners, assisting them in making informed decisions about their education and career. Your specific responsibilities include:
- Counseling Learning Prospects: You will offer personalized career advice to learners and help them understand how the CCBP 4.0 Programs can accelerate their professional growth.
- Showcasing the Uniqueness of CCBP 4.0: You will establish the value and uniqueness of NxtWave’s CCBP 4.0 Programs and demonstrate how they stand out in the competitive education landscape.
- End-to-End Sales Closing: From phone and video calls to product demonstrations and post-sales relationship management, you will manage the entire sales closing life cycle for assigned leads.
- Lead Management: Maintaining a detailed database of interactions with leads, providing timely feedback on lead quality, and ensuring all prospects are nurtured effectively will be a part of your daily tasks.
- Achieving Revenue Targets: You will be responsible for meeting weekly revenue and enrollment targets, contributing to the growth of the company.
Salary & Compensation Benefits:
Earn up to 6 Lakhs Per Annum including performance based incentives.
Languages to be known:
Telugu or Tamil or Hindi
Good Proficiency in English is an added advantage
Work from Home Flexibility:
