Role: Recruitment Intern - Remote

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you’ll be involved in critical hiring and recruitment activities that support Sprinto’s growth:

• Supporting Hiring Managers: Assist in the end-to-end hiring process.

• Sourcing & Screening Candidates: Help identify potential talent and conduct preliminary interviews.

• Interview Coordination: Manage scheduling and assist with interviews, contributing to smooth candidate experiences.

• General HR Support: Engage in other HR-related tasks and initiatives, contributing to the broader HR team’s success.
