Roles & Responsibilities: 

An Onboarding Executive manages the steps new employees go through when they first join a company. This includes orientation, setting up workspaces, and helping them understand company policies and procedures.

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience: 0-2 years in onboarding, induction, or a related field. Freshers can also apply.

• Education: Any degree is acceptable, but having an MBA/PGDM in HR, Industrial Relations, or International Business is preferred.

Important Skills

• Business Knowledge: Understanding how different departments work together.
• Communication: Ability to talk to various teams and keep everyone updated.
