Microsoft is Hiring for Software Engineer positions for the work location of Hyderabad

    Be curious and eager to learn more about performance, scalability, enterprise architecture, and engineering best practices to improve software quality.

  • Prototyping and Iterative Development:
    Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate ideas, improve processes, and push innovative solutions.

  • Collaborate with Teams:
    Work effectively with product development and engineering teams to create and deliver robust software solutions.

  • Be Self-Driven and Result-Oriented:
    Microsoft is looking for proactive and self-motivated engineers who can work independently, set high standards, and deliver results.


Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Educational Qualification:
    A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline is required. Candidates with proven coding experience in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python are welcome to apply.

  • Equivalent Experience:
    If you don’t have a formal degree, but have relevant industry experience and coding expertise, you are also encouraged to apply.


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Strong Computer Science Fundamentals:
    Exceptional coding skills and a solid foundation in Computer Science concepts are crucial for this role.

  • Communication and Collaboration:
    Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and groups are essential for success.

  • Cloud and Distributed Systems Experience:
    Experience with Azure, Exchange, or other cloud platforms and distributed systems will be an advantage.
