About the Role
We are looking for dedicated specialists to join our Inhouse Customer Experience team. As a specialist, your primary responsibility will be to resolve issues that our customers encounter and continuously seek innovative ways to enhance their experience. You'll be at the heart of our mission to deliver unparalleled service, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed swiftly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer-Centric Approach: Act with integrity and prioritize the customer in every interaction.
NISM V Certification: This certification is mandatory for the role.
Support & Resolve: Handle basic PhonePe account and transaction-related queries, flexing between phone and data channels as needed.
Process Adherence: Follow specified process guidelines to ensure resolutions are achieved efficiently.
Build Trust: Foster strong customer relationships through positive and effective communication.
Productivity Goals: Consistently meet hourly and daily productivity targets.
Resource Utilization: Leverage internal processes and resources to drive resolutions.
Escalation Management: Escalate issues appropriately, seeking support from relevant teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Customer Education: Engage and educate customers, helping them maximize their use of PhonePe's offerings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Learnability: Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts and adapt.
Active Listening: Strong listening skills with the ability to handle objections and provide solutions.
Customer Orientation: A strong focus on customer needs and the ability to adapt to various scenarios.
Team Player: Flexible, open to feedback, and a collaborative team member.
Multitasking & Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Hindi is required. Multilingual skills in South Indian languages are a plus.
Educational Qualification: A graduation degree (10+2+3) is mandatory.
Experience: 0-2 years of work experience in a customer-facing role.
