Role: ABT Advisor

Location: Bangalore

Working Mode: 5 Days working 2 days Rotational off's

Type: Permanent

Eligibility: 

• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Possess a quick learning ability.

• Exhibit active listening skills and adeptness in handling objections.

• Display a strong customer focus, adapting well to various situations.

• Be a collaborative team player, flexible, and open to feedback.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

• Proficiency in English and Hindi is required.

• Graduation (10+2+3) is mandatory.

• 0-2 years of customer-facing work experience is preferred.

• Fluency in spoken and written South Indian languages is a plus.

Responsibilities: 

• Demonstrate integrity and prioritize customer needs in all interactions.

• Address basic inquiries related to PhonePe accounts and transactions.

• Ability to switch between phone and data channels efficiently.

• Adhere to prescribed process guidelines to resolve issues.

• Foster customer trust through interactions.

• Meet hourly and daily productivity targets.

• Utilize internal processes and resources to resolve issues.

• Escalate issues as needed and seek support from relevant teams.

• Propose process enhancements.

• Educate customers to maximize their use of PhonePe.

Salary: Depends on the interview performance
