What you will do ?

Regular system maintenance involves handling predictable business requests on a monthly basis, such as month-end collector assignments, weekly rate table changes, and bulk requests.

On the other hand, non-routine enhancements refer to new capabilities, rules, or logic that affect how a U.S. WF Auto team member manages an account.

For instance, this could include reverse charge off requests where India might be asked by LOBs to reverse a charge off on an account.

Reversals could occur due to various reasons like a payment being made or repossession happening before the charge-off.

India assesses the validity of such requests and if approved, transfers the charged off account from one work state to another to complete the reversal.
