Position: Trainee Business Associate

Location: Hyderabad

Department: City Operations

Roles & Responsibilities: 

As part of the city team, your primary responsibility will be to manage vendors to ensure smooth city operations.

Vendor Onboarding: Identify and communicate with potential Packers and Movers vendors and local supply partners. Introduce them to our platform, assess their capabilities, and onboard those who meet our criteria.

Vendor Training: Conduct training sessions for newly onboarded vendors to familiarize them with Porter's standards. Provide ongoing training for existing vendors as needed.

SLA Management: Ensure a positive customer experience with minimal complaints. Customers expect punctual shifting with no damages and no pressure for tips from the packing team. Achieve this through training, penalties, suspensions, and on-site audits. Non-performing vendors should be replaced.

Vendor Allocation and Order Fulfillment: Assign vendors to customer orders efficiently to ensure timely service delivery.

Escalation Handling: Address any order-related escalations promptly and resolve them to the customer's satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service quality and contribute ideas for business improvement.
