What you will do ?

The position involves acquiring fresh clientele for the bank's current and savings accounts. Responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, initiating contact through diverse channels, elucidating the advantages and attributes of current and savings products, and finalizing sales. Additionally, it encompasses guaranteeing customer contentment with the bank's offerings and fostering enduring relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquiring current and savings accounts within the designated segment and generating references from the specified area.

• Ensuring the acquisition of customers meets high standards in terms of their profile, product selection, and segment alignment.

• Facilitating the onboarding and activation of customers on digital platforms.

• Assisting the Senior Sales Manager in mapping out target areas and scoping potential branches for expansion.

• Providing consistent feedback to the Senior Sales Manager and Branch Manager regarding customer needs and potential opportunities.

• Maintaining strict adherence to sales compliance standards and organizational SOPs.

• Sourcing high-quality leads while ensuring strict compliance with internal and external guidelines and regulations.

• Regularly engaging in activities within the target area to attract high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and enhance IDFC First Bank's visibility.

• Participating in key central initiatives and leveraging existing customer referrals.

• Collaborating with team members and support functions to deliver comprehensive product and service offerings to customers.
