Diebold Nixdorf is hiring for Associate Service Desk Coordinator for Hyderabad location. 

Delivers proactive assistance to users through the helpdesk, addressing incoming customer service queries. Identifies and resolves hardware and software issues, facilitates software distribution, maintains ticketing systems to document updates, and collaborates with customers to ensure effective communication. Utilizes various tools and remote resources to efficiently complete tasks.

  • Candidates must possess either a relevant educational background or equivalent work experience. 

  • A minimum of 0-2 years of applicable experience in Service Desk Support, or a combination of education and experience, is necessary.

  • Proficiency in the local/client's language, both written and spoken, along with proficient business English skills, is essential.

What you will do ?

  • Responds to incoming customer calls and converts information received from various service channels into the ticketing system.

  • Verifies if reported incidents are covered by contract and ensures accuracy of caller information, including addresses - negotiates cost agreement with customers in absence of a contract.

  • Engages with customers to gain deeper insight into reported issues and offers guidance based on solution tree and knowledge base protocol to diagnose and resolve incidents (e.g., password resets, software configuration).

  • Utilizes remote tools to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues. If resolution is unsuccessful, follows established procedures to escalate issues and informs customers of next steps.

  • Monitors the Universal Work Queue (UWQ), revising assigned tasks and updating tickets to reflect changes (e.g., cancellations, additional information).

  • Notifies manager or dedicated Incident Response Management (IRM) team in case of customer escalations.

  • Documents all activities and updates relevant knowledge management, reporting, and other systems. Maintains high levels of customers.
