What you will do ?

As a customer service consultant, you leverage your understanding of the client's procedures and systems to facilitate the activation of customer services and promptly address any issues during the order process to minimize disruptions for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize knowledge of client processes and systems to independently oversee customer orders throughout their lifecycle, keeping customers updated via call and messaging platforms.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain department to ensure timely dispatch of devices and their activation prior to delivery to customers' premises. Demonstrate effective verbal communication skills when communicating with customers regarding delivery times, schedule changes, and device returns.
  • Adapt to fluctuations in demand by efficiently managing multiple queues simultaneously and flexibly addressing various aspects of the order management process.
  • Handle incoming requests from other departments via calls and emails, providing clear and concise responses.
  • Assist onshore staff in managing overflow calls from customers during peak periods and weekends.
  • Navigate through multiple Telstra systems using documented processes and work instructions to process orders efficiently, while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Complete all mandatory training to maintain and apply necessary skills and knowledge to provide accurate information and advice to customers in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and standards, promoting safe behaviors and minimizing risks to ensure personal and others' safety.

International Voice support, Calls handling & Troubleshooting
