Eligibility: 

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

Should have high-level coding skills

Must have ability to solve complex software issues

Superb collaboration, interpersonal & communication skills

Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities: 

Must be able to work with project teams, Architecture teams, Agile teams, and QA test leads to establish performance testing scope and effort

Should review the functional design and non-functional requirements and provide recommendations

Must be able to provide end-to-end performance test solutions for various projects within a program

Should troubleshoot the performance issues in collaboration with architecture and development teams. Performs root cause analysis and drives issues to appropriate resolutions
