You must deal with customer’s queries in a 24/7 contact center based environment. 

Ensure delivery of best in class service standards. Stay connected with fraud & scam trends & constantly endeavor to avoid any losses for the bank.


Qualifications:

Required a diploma or degree in any discipline

Should have strong communication skills – both verbal and written

Should be flexible to work any shift

Good interpersonal skills

Understanding the process & execute tasks in a timely manner

Identify the fraud risks & escalate accordingly
