Role: Process Associate

Location : Hyderabad

Salary: 3,00,000/- to 4,50,000/- PA

Skills Required: 

• Should have Strong English verbal & written communication skills (CEFR C1 level for Reading and Writing)
• Good Knowledge of MS Office, especially MS word is a must
• Should be able to focus on important and repetitive tasks
• Good hand eye coordination
• Should be detail oriented and thorough
• Must have good decision making and time management skills
• Should be happy to work alone and in teams
• Should be flexible and calm can adjust to changing circumstances
• Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new techniques and work practices

Responsibilities:

• Need to work on new exam content (data entry of assessment tasks) for selected exam components into Client approved item bank in an accurate and timely manner using the content/data provided by the client, which includes inputting question content, answer sheet and task attributes data. In addition, some tasks have a tape script which needs to be added and some tasks have artwork/images which need to be inserted.
• Make amendments to the newly authored exam content after getting reviewed by the client.
• Follow the working instructions &  training guidance provided by the client at all times.
• Report on issues or challenges to the reporting manager asap to avoid errors or delay in submission of the work.
• Maintaining and following data & information security guidelines.
• Should assist teams in all tasks required to complete the project and liaise with other functional groups as required.
