Deloitte is hiring for Learnings Operations - Associate Analyst which will comes under the department of  Human resources | Talent Ops - Core Talent services, interest and eligible candidates can apply to these jobs before the vacancies got closed.




Role: Learning Operations Associate Analyst


Location: Hyderabad


Your job role includes supporting all learning administration & operations work:

·       You are responsible to support learning projects & project manage learning programs in US

·       You are responsible to manage learning communications, mailers, invites etc.

·       You are responsible to Provide reports, analysis, dashboards on enrollments, completions & other learning related reports

·       You are responsible to manage & update trackers, content, documentation & databases

·       You are responsible to support program planning, identify processes to help with smooth execution of the learning events and program

·       You are responsible to manage learning mailboxes, respond to learner queries of non-technical in nature via Case Management system in Sales Force

·       You are responsible to liaison with Technology teams, Catalog Team, Compliance, Event Management teams, External Learning Vendors & other Talent teams to support learning processes


Office Timings : 02pm - 06pm


Qualification: 

  • Any Bachelor's Degree
  • Good knowledge on MS EXCEL, MS WORD, EMAILS etc..
  • Intermediate skills
  • Experience in working with US Customers is an added advantage.
