Role: SPS ASSOCIATE

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• You are responsible to assist between 3rd party sellers and amazon via call, email or chat.
• Executing tasks assigned to you on a daily basis by adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & guidelines
• Participating in the process improvement to increase the best quality, efficiency, & accuracy.
• Coordinating with your team manager when your work is delayed or blocked due to some technical issues.
• You are responsible in communicating in both English/Hindi languages.
• Reporting the issues with tools and software to the development team when you face.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality and following Amazon Policy and guidelines.

Basic Qualifications: 

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline with 0-10 years of experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Along with English, this role also requires good communicating in Hindi.

• Shifts: The job involves working in a 24/7 environment including night shifts & the shifts were based on the business requirement.

• Weekly Off: Rotational two- consecutive day off (it is a 5-day working week with 2 days week off.

• No unplanned leaves are allowed during the first four months (Training & Transition).

• You should have ability to use a desktop/Laptop and familiarity with Internet Browsers, Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook & MS Office.

• Home environment free from background noise where you can connect to the internet & work on your deliverables.

• You Should have a good internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 MBPS or better & should have at least 100 GB data from a reliable provider.

• You Should have access to mobile phone.

• You Should have good power back up in case of power shut down.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good knowledge on Operations domain 
• Good communication skills 
• Good English/Hindi Communication is preferred.
