- Administering and managing client support for the customers who call/chat or email in the support center.

- Customer support to international customers over the phone for voice process (Inbound and outbound calling)

- Client products to customers (YouTube, Analytics etc..)

- Delivering outputs with best accuracy

- Collaborating with team and delivering best outputs

- Report to managers on performance status and any escalations.


Experience: 0 - 1 Years


Passing Out : 2018/2019/2020/2021


2021 Batch can apply : Yes but no backlogs

Qualification & Desired Skills:

- Graduate (Exclusion of BE/BTECH/MCA)
