Job Highlights
Shift: Pure day shifts only.
Education Qualification: Any graduate holding the necessary certificates.
CTC:
Freshers: ₹2,40,000 per annum
Experienced: ₹2,70,000 per annum
Work Location: Hi-tech City, Hyderabad (Work from Office).
Working Days: 6 days a week with rotational week off.

Job Description
As a Customer Support Representative at Tech Mahindra, you will be responsible for handling customer and merchant calls, addressing queries, conducting surveys, and gathering feedback. The role involves resolving customer queries over emails and calls, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience for the customers.
Role & Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls from customers and merchants.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
Conduct surveys and gather feedback.
Provide solutions to customer problems through email and calls.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi (Hindi is mandatory).
Eligibility: Freshers with strong communication skills in English and Hindi are encouraged to apply.
Experience: Previous experience in voice/semi-voice, tele-calling, or customer service roles is an added advantage.
Typing Skills: Good typing speed (25-30 WPM).
Work Environment: Candidates should be willing to work from the office.
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
Interview Process
The interview process includes an HR round, an Operations round, and a Versant test. Candidates are required to bring their updated E-Aadhar card to the interview.
