What you will do ?

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment process
• Rotate through various responsibilities within recruitment and offer support in all related activities
• Schedule interviews at all levels and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Collaborate with recruiters/hiring managers and provide assistance
• Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the pre/post-interview process
• Assist in gathering candidate information for reports
• Maintain involvement in all stages of the recruitment process, including pre/post-interview follow-ups with stakeholders
• Provide daily status reports on all activities to recruiters
• Learn and become proficient in internal software
