Role: Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
You are responsible to answer inbound calls within the guidelines/goals established by the client & management.
You have to Consistently acheieves call with good quality goals in order to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.
Job Details:
1. Age Details: 18 years to 35 years
2. Minimum Qualification should be Intermediate (or +2 equivalent).
3. Maximum Qualification should be Graduates (Undergrads can be considered but should not be regular college students)
4. Experience - Any Under Grad or Graduate Freshers.
5. Communication skills: Should be exceptional Spoken skills in English
6. Shifts: Should be flexible with rotational shifts (Should be comfortable to work in all shifts)
- This is an international Voice (Technical Support)
- Responsibility: Should be able to provide Technical Support to International Customers
- Shift Timings: You should be flexible to work in US Rotational Shifts.
- Desired Skills: Must need an Excellent Communication skills in English.
- Should have strong Technical Knowledge(Hardware, Software, and networking Concepts)
- Working Days: 5 days working
- Weekly Offs: 2 Week Offs(Rotational and Split)
- Transport: Home Pickup and Home Drop.
- Rounds of Interview would be JAM, HR, Voice and Accent, Tech Test, Operations Round.
