2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST

9:00 PM – 06:00 AM IST


Skills required: 

Must have excellent Customer service (Phone / Chat / Emails)

Must have excellent spoken English Language proficiency

Should be proficient with MS-Office

Should have ServiceNow experience preferred

Exposure to application support, ITIL framework etc.

Must have excellent written & verbal skills

Customer Service experience
