Role: Customer KYC Support Associate 

Location: Bangalore 

Work from home: Temporary 


Responsibilities : 

Carry out customer KYC verification process as per defined SOP.

Must perform necessary checks and report potential fraud customers.

Constantly review the process and identify areas of improvement to ensure 0% defect rate.

Need to exhibit the highest standards of customer service.

Ensure accurate and timely processing & submission of KYC requests.

Maintaining strict confidentiality and following all applicable Amazon policies for securing confidential information.


Eligibility: 

Any Graduate 

Fresher or Graduate with 0-2 years of experience 

2018/2019/2020/2021/2021 Batches can apply 


Key Skills: 

Must have good verbal and written communication skills

Should be able to work on KYC-related work 

Should have good knowledge on KYC and RBI related guidelines
